Loyalty Program in Hong Kong and Asia over
200 outlets up to December 2007. Recently, we have
launched several prominent loyalty projects
for brand-top chain stores: cinema circuit,
karaoke, furniture stores, electrical appliance
retailers, pet shops, hotels, different
types of restaurants, sports club, and luxury
watch & jewellery retailers etc. Our
ReCome Loyalty Program has served over 650,000
"PAID" members in Asia and received
membership fee up to US$6,000,000. Besides,
our Loyalty Program processed membership
transaction over US$80,000,000 up to December 2007.
For our excellence, we won adoption awards
in Asia (Intelligent20 Award in Singapore
and Linux Adoption Award in Hong Kong).
ReCome
is a comprehensive loyalty program aiming
to retain customers and establish long-term
customer relationships. It keeps track of
customer profiles and purchase records,
enabling companies to formulate strategic
and targeted marketing campaigns. According
to marketing strategy of different companies,
ReCome supports membership identity presented
in different media: smart card, rewrite
card, barcode card, magnetic stripe card
or even pure membership identity. Using
membership database and membership identity,
the system allows businesses to offer benefits
according to different needs of target segments,
for example age, status, bonus point. By
hitting the right targets with the right
